This Texas-themed welcome reception was the opening event of a multi-day conference, and we wanted guests to be immersed into an authentic Texas experience. The Goen South team transformed the outdoor lawns at the JW Marriott San Antonio Hill Country Resort & Spa into a laid-back Texas ranch party. With live music, Texas decor, games, live entertainment and more, this was sure to be a night to remember!

Learn how the team at Goen South DMC created a one-of-a-kind urban design for an event space that would be used for a sales team training. Design and production of a 32-foot long graffiti wall complete with colorful graffiti and props was the focal point our client’s event.

New Year’s Eve is one of the most glamorous and fun nights of the year, so it only makes sense get inspiration from the greatest party era: the Roaring 20s. The Goen South team brought to life a glitzy New Year’s Eve party that combined the glamour of Old Hollywood with a modern twist. The enchanting décor, romantic lighting, and a party vibe straight out of the Roaring 20s made for an over-the-top party that lasted all night long.

March Madness Music Festival 2018 Goen South’s third year in a row providing DMC services for this client proved to be bigger and better in Dallas. We assisted with general session seating, transportation, dine-arounds, an onsite 80s themed event, and the grand finale awards dinner at Cowboys Stadium.

What better way to kick off a fundraising campaign than with a night under the Texas stars? Goen South planned a truly Texan evening for the Texas A&M University-Kingsville Foundation. The event’s motto was WITHOUT LIMITS, and it was a night full of lively music, entertainment, and engaging speeches. A good time was had by all, from students to faculty to donors and more. The campaign kickoff was a Texas-sized success!
