Special Effects

Special Effects can wow your guests with the unexpected technology of video mapping. Moving images can fill any space, transporting guests to anywhere, anytime; or you can take them back to earlier days with sounds and visuals of traditional fireworks that many of us remember from our childhood. If you are on a more limited budget, smoke machines and indoor fireworks also add an element of surprise. This is a memorable way to showcase the opening session or announce your CEO’s entrance. At Goen South we offer an array of professional transportation services to our clients. We work with three top charter companies in Texas to provide top-quality service. Whether you are looking for VIP transportation or continuous shuttles, Goen South has you covered.

Airport Transfers

For groups of 20 or 200, Goen South will ensure that each and every guest gets to and from the airport in a timely manner. All flights are monitored so that drivers and greeters are waiting for our clients at the time of their arrival. The drivers and greeters are available 24/7 to provide excellent service for our clients, regardless of any delays or cancellations.

Shuttle Service

Shuttles depart in a timely manner, and our largest buses have the capability to hold up to 55 guests at a time. Goen South shuttles typically run on an hourly basis, but the timing can be customized to suit any group. For the easiest way to transport guests, look no further than Goen South’s shuttle service.

Off-Site Activities

When planning an off-site activity, the last thing you want to worry about is transportation. Goen South’s professional drivers will ensure that groups arrive to and depart from their activities and tours on time. Our shuttles seat groups up to 55 passengers each for a seamless transition into your event. We’ll take care of the transportation details, so you don’t have to.

Our expert in-house florist can create anything from understated elegant centerpieces to complete room transformation. During the planning process, our Goen South team will help you choose blooms, colors and textures that will best create the ambiance you desire. Your event venue room or outdoor setting becomes a statement of art that you will be proud to show your guests and clients.

Lighting & AV Services

Light is one of the key elements in turning a pretty room into a jaw-dropping experience for guests. We use a combination of color wash up-lighting on the walls that can match or contrast any color of linen in the room, to set the tone for the experience, e.g. using a bright red for a 1940s Hollywood theme event or multicolor up-lights around the room for a 1970’s Disco party. Also using pin spots to accent the centerpieces for each table adds an incredible sophistication to your event. When you spend your budget on beautiful floral arrangements you certainly want to showcase those centerpieces with proper lighting. We also offer custom gobos to project logos or themes onto the walls. For holiday events, using gobos of snowflakes helps set the tone for the evening. Our team will also work with you on lighting for your entertainment – making sure that their existing lighting will be sufficient for the property where the event is held.

Because we know our properties inside and out, we can make sure you won’t have any last minute, rush add-on AV fees. We will make you aware of what is needed to ensure you have the visuals for your event so it’s perfect. Some properties have in-house AV and we will coordinate this effort. Our team will be more than happy to assist you in any way.
