Our photographers and videographers are cutting edge and forward thinking in making sure your event is documented in line with your client’s goals and mission as well as on point with their specific message.

Photo Booth

Our InstaCam Photo booth is a free-standing photo booth with the ability to print, email and share photos through social media. Its open-air design allows large groups of guests to take photos. The InstaMobile feature gives guests the ability to send a picture from their smartphone Instagram app using a signature hashtag to print immediately at the InstaCam Photo booth.

Graffiti Wall

Another fun photography option available to guests is our graffiti wall. This unique addition is equal parts entertainment and photography. Guests pose for a photo, which is displayed on a large digital wall. Then, using digital spray paint “cans” and other tools, guests can edit and draw on their photos however they like. Fun and entirely unique, prints from the graffiti wall are a great memento and the perfect way to commemorate your event!

Design & Decor

We own our decor. We have 32,000 sq. ft. of warehouse space, so we have most everything including specialty linens, drapes, vases, lighting themed decor and more. If we don't have it we will buy it. Our in-house floral staff is amazing and can create anything our designers dream up. Because we own our decor your budget will give you much more bang for the buck since you are not having to pay a normal DMC up charge for decor that is utilized for your event.

Event Transportation

Transportation

At Goen South we offer an array of professional transportation services to our clients. We work with three top charter companies in Texas to provide top-quality service. Whether you are looking for VIP transportation or continuous shuttles, Goen South has you covered.

Airport Transfers

For groups of 20 or 200, Goen South will ensure that each and every guest gets to and from the airport in a timely manner. All flights are monitored so that drivers and greeters are waiting for our clients at the time of their arrival. The drivers and greeters are available 24/7 to provide excellent service for our clients, regardless of any delays or cancellations.

Shuttle Service

Shuttles depart in a timely manner, and our largest buses have the capability to hold up to 55 guests at a time. Goen South shuttles typically run on an hourly basis, but the timing can be customized to suit any group. For the easiest way to transport guests, look no further than Goen South’s shuttle service.

Off-Site Activities

When planning an off-site activity, the last thing you want to worry about is transportation. Goen South’s professional drivers will ensure that groups arrive to and depart from their activities and tours on time. Our shuttles seat groups up to 55 passengers each for a seamless transition into your event. We’ll take care of the transportation details, so you don’t have to.
